Why do I need a Google Account? TOP

This allows us to promote you to a Site Admin automatically. Either Gmail or a Google Apps email account will work. You can also
create a Google account using your existing email address.
The process is straightforward and takes only a few minutes. Once your forum is setup, use the 'G' icon to log in.

How do I setup a sub domain that points to the Ninja Post server? TOP

On your website, create an "A" record for the sub domain of your choice (e.g., forum.yoursite.com) that points to
our IP address, 67.23.44.102.
You can most likely setup your sub domain via the control panel provided by your web host. Otherwise, contact your web host for assistance. (Note: this is different than creating a "CNAME" record.)
Your sub domain should resolve within a couple hours. When it's working, the following message will be displayed:

I'm too busy and/or technologically illiterate. Can you help me setup my Ninja Post forum? TOP

Sure. We're happy to help, just contact us.
Can I make my Ninja Post forum the main landing page on my site? TOP

Yes. We recommend setting up a sub domain and hosting the forum there, and then forwarding traffic from your primary domain to the
sub domain.
This leaves some flexibility in case you want to build out your primary site beyond the forum. (E.g., let's say you want to add an "About" or "Contact" page or a blog.) However, there are many ways to skin a cat. Contact us if this solution does not meet your requirements.

Yes. Contact us if you need to export data from your forum in CSV format.
